ANEKEN Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Requests
You may cancel your order for ANEKEN Money Counters within 24 hours of placement without penalty. To request cancellation:

• We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window as orders enter processing.

2. Processing & Shipped Orders

• Once your order is "Processing" or "Fulfilled" (label created/packed), cancellations are no longer possible.

• If the order has shipped, you must follow our Return Policy upon delivery.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Refund processing times depend on your financial institution.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders
We cannot cancel:

• Customized/built-to-order money counters.

• Orders marked "Shipped" or "In Transit".

• Digital products (e.g., software licenses).
